Book A Consultation
Pick a time that works. The conversation happens by phone, by video, or at the Harvest, AL office, whichever suits you.
What Happens On The Call
- You describe the situation as it actually is, including anything that is late or missing.
- We identify what carries a deadline, what can be corrected, and what is already fine.
- You leave with a plain description of the work involved and the order it should happen in.
Helpful To Have Nearby
None of this is required, and not having it will not slow the conversation down.
- Your most recent filed tax return, business or personal.
- Access to whatever bookkeeping file exists, even an incomplete one.
- Any letter from the IRS or the Alabama Department of Revenue about a missing or amended return.
- A rough sense of monthly transaction volume and how many people are on payroll.
Prefer to write it out first? Send a message from the contact page and you will get a reply with times.
You Will Be Talking To The Owner
Sara Humphrey handles the first conversation herself. There is no intake screener and no handoff to someone who has not seen your file. No pressure and no obligation attached to it either, and if the honest answer is that you do not need what this firm offers, that is what you will hear.
- PTIN holder
- IRS-authorized e-file provider
- Owner-led since 2014
- English and Spanish
Meetings are available in person at the Harvest, AL office for North Alabama clients, or entirely online for clients anywhere in the country.
Still Deciding Whether It Is Worth A Call?
If the books are behind, a return is unfiled, or next year’s taxes need a plan, it is worth a call. Those situations get harder to solve the longer they wait, and easier than most people expect once they start.
